I wish we had that law...I've almost been run off the road by people doing stuff on their cells.

It is good that they have that law, but sad that we'd need it. People should be able to determine that text messaging/talking on the phone while driving is dangerous and shouldn't be done. However seeing everyone out on the road, it is obvious they do not care about the safety of themselves or others.

Texting and driving is SO dumb. I don't even understand calls, but texting? Unless you're in a fucking traffic jam and you're calling or texting to say "I'm in a traffic jam, gotta go, will be late" then you're an assface.
