Rashid al-Din's Jami al-Tawarikh
One of the earliest surviving depictions of Muhammad from Rashid al-Din's Jami al-Tawarikh, approximately 1315, illustrating the episode of the Black Stone Early in 2008 controversy was created over the website Wikipedia displaying ancient paintings that depicted the Prophet Muhamed.
